OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Kokomo, IN by HMD Trucking

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Partner with HMD Trucking's driver-focused team in Kokomo, IN for nationwide OTR flatbed freight hauling. Enjoy strong mileage pay starting at $0.70/mile plus performance incentives and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

- Operate Class A CDL flatbed rigs safely across all 48 states
- Secure loads and track deliveries with precision
- Maintain compliance with DOT and company standards
