Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099) Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties: Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
