Environmental Specialist II

This is an intermediate-level position with the Department of Environmental Protection in West Palm Beach, responsible for processing permit applications, conducting compliance inspections, and providing technical assistance across air, waste, and water programs. The role involves reviewing complex permit documents, conducting inspections at regulated facilities, developing training materials, and coordinating with industry partners to improve compliance rates.
