Showroom Manager - Textiles

Our client, a sustainable fabric + textile manufacturer, is seeking a Showroom Manager to join their growing team in NYC!

Responsibilities

• Own the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the NYC wholesale showroom
• Conceptualize and execute seasonal showroom resets aligned with fabric launches and trend direction
• Curate fabric displays in an organized, intuitive, and visually compelling format
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, lighting, layout flow, and overall visual consistency
• Manage sample inventory, intake processes, and organization systems
• Maintain fabric library accuracy and merchandising tools
• Coordinate seasonal sample updates and new launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors
• Support the sales team with appointment preparation, fabric pulls, and presentation setups
• Assist with sample requests, order follow-ups, CRM updates, and shipment tracking
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery timelines
• Lead showroom readiness for market weeks and client events

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in textiles, fashion wholesale, showroom management, or visual merchandising
• Strong visual eye with a deep understanding of color, fabric, and trend direction
• Proven experience creating compelling merchandising displays in a showroom or retail setting
• Highly organized, proactive, polished, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com; NetSuite preferred
• Warm, professional presence with client-facing experience
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and adaptable

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience
