Showroom Manager - Textiles

Our client, a sustainable fabric + textile manufacturer, is seeking a Showroom Manager to join their growing team in NYC!
Responsibilities
- Own the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the NYC wholesale showroom
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal showroom resets aligned with fabric launches and trend direction
- Curate fabric displays in an organized, intuitive, and visually compelling format
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, lighting, layout flow, and overall visual consistency
- Manage sample inventory, intake processes, and organization systems
- Maintain fabric library accuracy and merchandising tools
- Coordinate seasonal sample updates and new launches
- Serve as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors
- Support the sales team with appointment preparation, fabric pulls, and presentation setups
- Assist with sample requests, order follow-ups, CRM updates, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery timelines
- Lead showroom readiness for market weeks and client events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in textiles, fashion wholesale, showroom management, or visual merchandising
- Strong visual eye with a deep understanding of color, fabric, and trend direction
- Proven experience creating compelling merchandising displays in a showroom or retail setting
- Highly organized, proactive, polished, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com; NetSuite preferred
- Warm, professional presence with client-facing experience
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and adaptable
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience
Full time in office
