The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program at Children's Home in New York serves youths 10-21 with mental health needs. The Licensed Mental Health Professional assesses families, delivers in-home therapy, and coordinates care to improve youth well-being. Responsibilities include leading client services, family-centered assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A Master's in Social Work and licensure are required.
