About the Position:

• Role: Customer Service Representative- Call Center
• Location: Contact Centers in Akron, Ohio
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift with overtime opportunities )
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about electric utility services .
• Process outage reports and emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, patient, and professional approach.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboard typing .
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset .
