RV F&I Manager

NOW HIRING — RV FINANCE MANAGER HIGH-LEVEL SALES | LENDING | CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This is a leadership-level position responsible for structuring deals, securing lender approvals, presenting finance and protection products, and helping customers complete the purchase process smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at building trust with customers from all backgrounds. RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership finance experience is strongly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Securing lender approvals and structuring finance deals Working directly with banks and finance companies Presenting extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products Preparing and reviewing finance paperwork accurately Ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements Assisting customers through the delivery and funding process Managing deal flow and contract processing efficiently Following up on funding, stipulations, and lender requirements Maintaining strong lender relationships Helping maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong communication and closing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to build trust and rapport quickly Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and paperwork accuracy Self-motivated and performance-driven attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Comfortable working with customers from all backgrounds and income levels PREFERRED EXPERIENCE RV or automotive finance management experience Experience with indirect lending and lender portals Knowledge of service contracts, GAP, and protection products Understanding of compliance and dealership paperwork Experience structuring subprime and prime deals is a plus THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Is competitive and goal-oriented Takes pride in professionalism and customer experience Understands how to balance profitability with customer trust Is internally motivated and highly accountable Can manage pressure and deadlines effectively COMPENSATION Competitive salary plus performance-based compensation High income potential Full-time stable position with long-term growth opportunity If you are driven, professional, and ready to grow with one of Georgia’s growing RV dealerships, we want to talk to you.
