Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide mentoring to improve their departments and overall restaurant performance. Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team. Requirements Previous general manager experience running high‑volume locations is strongly desired, preferably in quick‑service restaurants; experience in hospitality or retail is also acceptable.
