Senior UI/UX Designer [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Austria.

You will join a fast-moving, globally distributed product environment focused on building large-scale social discovery experiences used by millions of people worldwide.
The role sits at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and visual design, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact.
You will shape and evolve end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web platforms.
The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and driven by continuous experimentation and iteration.
You will contribute directly to design systems, product decisions, and user research initiatives.
This is a hands-on senior role where ownership spans from early ideation through to validated product outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and clearly communicate micro-interactions and user flows to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct and participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape product direction using UX insights and performance metrics.
• Own the full design lifecycle from concept development through execution and iteration based on user and business impact.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2+ years in product-focused companies (startup experience is a plus).
• Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact, including redesigns, experimentation (A/B testing), and measurable results.
• Strong experience designing for B2C digital products in a senior or product designer capacity.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal.
