Role Responsibilities:
- Spend time with hospice patients in their homes or facilities
- Provide companionship through conversation, reading, or simply being present
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families
- Help with light tasks as needed, such as organizing, making comfort calls, or providing respite for caregivers
- Respect patient confidentiality and wishes
