Litigation Legal Assistant

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters
- Prepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court dates
- Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and document organization
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Perform legal research and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation legal assistant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
