AS400 Business Analyst

Work Location: Hybrid Morton Grove, IL Job Description Lead Business Analyst Supply Chain Systems (AS400) Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries environment. Understanding of RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2/400, and AS400 application architecture. Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation. Experience in retail, supply chain, warehouse & EDI domains. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools. Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Understand existing AS400/iSeries applications, workflows, and business processes. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process flows. Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams for delivery. Participate in requirement walkthroughs, impact analysis, and solution discussions. Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
