Insurance Defense Attorney

Responsibilities Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, develop case strategy, and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Attend court proceedings, mediations, and depositions while collaborating with attorneys to achieve successful case outcomes. Qualifications 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation, product liability, premises liability, insurance defense, general liability, toxic tort, environmental litigation, or related practice areas. Strong analytical, legal writing, advocacy, and case management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $160,000-$300,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
