Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are actively hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations, oversee all aspects of facility performance, including clinical oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational results. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) you will play a vital role in leading daily operations and driving high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and management staff
• Promote a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork
• Manage budgets, census, staffing levels, and operational performance
• Serve as primary liaison with surveyors, families, physicians, and external partners
• Implement policies and procedures to improve outcomes and operational efficiency
• Ensure resident rights, safety, and satisfaction are maintained

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Iowa
• Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Full-Time Opportunity (8AM - 5PM)
