Position Title: Assembler

Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble lighting fixtures, brackets, wiring harnesses, and related parts according to production instructions and schematics
- Perform basic electrical wiring, fastening, and labeling of components
- Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Use hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively
- Report defective or missing materials to the line supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality
- Assist with inventory control and material handling when needed
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements for Assembler:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, especially in lighting or electrical components
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual with a positive team attitude
