- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
- Current Nebraska OT license or eligibility upon graduation.
- Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and functional outcomes.
- Experience in rural healthcare or interest in serving rural communities.
- Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
- Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
