.Solutions/C# Engineer (Insurance)

This is a contract to hire opportunity. The role is open to 100% remote consideration, but candidates MUST be in Eastern or Central time zones. The role is NOT open to C2C, OPT, or any Visa consideration. No vendor support of any kind.

Experience

• Proven experience integrating third-party systems in complex environments
• Strong background in API-based integrations, webhooks, and data exchange patterns
• Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms, including Azure Web Apps
• Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end technical delivery

Technical Skills

• 5+ years strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing services in Azure (specifically Azure Web Apps)
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and technical documentation (C4 model, sequence diagrams, etc.)
• Familiarity with integration workflows, orchestration, and system dependencies

Soft Skills

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Has a mix of technical depth and client-facing experience
• Can design integrations and also explain them clearly to business stakeholders
• Has hands-on experience building and hosting integrations using Azure Web Apps
• Understands how to connect systems, workflows, and data across platforms
• Brings a consultative mindset and can guide clients toward best practices
