• 1+ years of SAP experience
• Able to lift 45 lbs.
• Steel-toes

Job Duties:

• Supervise union employees in the loading of trucks for domestic and export deliveries.
• Loading patterns are developed and clearly communicated for execution.
• Determine legal load limits of trucks according to schedules and weight limits regulated by the DOT.
• Direct the movement of shipments from the shipping dock to the storage and working areas.
• Inspect vehicles daily.
• Maintain rotation of stock.
• Leader in creating an inclusive culture to support our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Support and be an advocate of continuous improvement initiatives that improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of our operations.
• Safety is everyone's responsibility; identify risks and report violations, near misses, or injuries immediately.
• Knowledge of GMP's, safety standards, quality standards, and demonstrated ability to react and communicate effectively to issues.
• Support and advocate for the program and trainings. Help with continuous improvement initiatives that improve the safety and quality.
