Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist State Licensure: Must hold an active, valid Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License. Advanced Clinical Standing: A valid, active State Dental License is also required for this advanced assisted hygiene framework. Job Description Assisted Dental Hygiene Workflows: Deliver high-level, efficient oral cleanings, scaling, root planing, and comprehensive periodontal maintenance utilizing top-tier clinical techniques. Comprehensive Screenings: Conduct meticulous initial patient oral health assessments, including oral cancer exams, head and neck screenings, and thorough periodontal charting. Digital Diagnostic Imaging: Capture clear, accurate digital X-rays, panoramic views, and utilize modern radiation-free intraoral cameras for comprehensive diagnostics. PreventiveTreatments: Administer expert preventative dental therapies, including specialized fluoride treatments and precision dental sealant placements. Empathetic Patient Education: Provide personalized, compassionate instruction on home care, brushing/flossing techniques, and systemic health connections to help patients preserve their natural dentition.
