Starting pay rate of $22.75/hr with a pay increase within your first year! +$2.00 Weekend differential, +$2.00 freezer differential, +incentives based on work performance.

Schedule: 5 days a week, required Sundays, 10:30 am start, mandatory overtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive orders, identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Build stable and well-cubed pallets.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and push carts.
• Ability to learn and perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Position Requirements:

• Working in freezer temperatures.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting objects weighing up to 65 lbs. consistently.
• Working in a Freezer climate.
• Constant pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.
