About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of MS-ISAC Member Engagement to lead the strategic and operational aspects of member services, support, training, and education. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that MS-ISAC members, including state and local government entities, receive a high-value, mission-aligned membership experience. This role involves leading member engagement strategies, overseeing member support functions, and maintaining strong relationships with senior public-sector leaders to understand their priorities and communicate the value of MS-ISAC. The Vice President will also be tasked with capturing and communicating member feedback to inform service improvement and will be expected to represent MS-ISAC in various external engagements. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of state and local government operations, as well as experience in executive-level engagement within the public sector. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to operate as a trusted advisor and to lead through both authority and influence. A commitment to advancing cybersecurity resilience across the public sector and a passion for the mission of securing the connected world are also key requirements for this role.
