What You’ll Do Lead with Purpose : Supervise concrete laborers, finishers, and crew leads, ensuring that every task—from preparation to finishing and curing—is executed with excellence. Plan for Success : Prepare work schedules and daily plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track. Foster Team Excellence : Assign tasks, mentor crew members, and ensure the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure Quality & Accuracy : Review blueprints, specifications, and plans to confirm all work aligns with design requirements and ECS’s high standards. Drive Safety & Compliance : Promote and enforce OSHA regulations, ECS safety policies, and industry standards to maintain a secure work environment. Solve & Communicate : Proactively address obstacles, communicate with leadership, and collaborate to find solutions that keep projects moving forward. Maintain Organization : Keep job sites clean and organized, from managing tools and equipment to ensuring all materials are in place. Requirements What You Bring At least 3 years of field experience as a Foreman or in a similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong understanding of OSHA requirements, safety protocols, and construction best practices. Effective leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. A positive, adaptable attitude with a commitment to collaboration and growth. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
