Summer Maintenance Assistant – Bucks County Technology Park (Trevose, PA) Seasonal | On-Site Compensation: $15.00–$17.00 per hour Approx. 40 hours/week for ~10 weeks Bucks County Technology Park (BCTP) is the office campus and facility that houses ASI along with other tenant organizations. Bucks County Technology Park in Trevose (Bucks County), PA is seeking a Summer Maintenance Helper to assist with general upkeep and improvement projects across our 400,000 SF multi-tenant campus. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in facilities maintenance while working in a flexible, supportive environment. What You’ll Do Assist with planting, maintaining, and watering flowers Clean and organize utility and electrical closets; remove unused materials Support light painting projects in high-need areas Prepare loft areas for roofing work by covering surfaces with protective plastic Help repair damaged drywall, including deteriorating corners Clean and organize company vehicles, including debris removal Replace broken cove base throughout the building Clean and maintain the generator building Assist with cleaning parking lots and wooded areas after events (e.g., flea markets) Straighten and organize cubicle/workspace areas Help maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse aisles and maintenance sections What We’re Looking For Interest in learning hands-on maintenance and facility skills Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction and learn Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, indoor/outdoor tasks) Reliable and punctual with a flexible attitude toward scheduling Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Work Environment Hands-on, fast-paced campus setting Opportunity to learn practical maintenance skills through guided, real-world experience Flexible schedule to accommodate vacations, weather, and availability This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for summer employment while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
