Neurology physician job in New York :
A health services network in New York is actively seeking a licensed Neurologist to provide direct care to patients within the Neurology specialty at one of their medical practices in Rockland County.
About the Opportunity:- Specialty: Neurology
- Setting: Mix of outpatient inpatient clinical care
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with a continuum of care
- Assess the physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs of the patient
- Direct patients to the next appropriate service and track their progress
- Assure that all patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening and medical evaluation whenever indicated
- Ensure that medical patient care is appropriately documented in the medical record
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible / Certified in Neurology
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
