CoWorx is seeking Batch Mixer Operators II in the Plainfield, IN. Full-Time/Direct Hire Shift: MondayFriday (7:00 AM 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed) Pay: $20 -$25 pr.hr BOE Join a passionate, car-loving team at a growing auto care manufacturer as an Operator Batch Blender! Based in Plainfield, Indiana, we take pride in developing, mixing, bottling, and shipping premium liquid car care productsall made in the USA.

The Batch Mixer Operator II is responsible for accurately blending liquid products following detailed formulas and mixing guides. This role requires strong attention to detail, independence, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring product consistency, maintaining clean equipment, and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, stage, and mix raw materials according to batch instructions
• Follow all written and verbal production procedures
• Operate mixing tanks, pumps, and related equipment
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned properly to prevent contamination
• Support housekeeping and organization standards across the production floor
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Move materials using an electric reach truck (training provided if needed)
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols, including PPE use

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in batch mixing, manufacturing, or production preferred
• Familiarity with mixing equipment and processes
• Knowledge of HazMat procedures or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to stand for 812 hour shifts
• Lift up to 55 lbs regularly
• Perform repetitive lifting, palletizing, and material handling
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
