• Help integrate AI with our CRM, email, website, phone systems, and other business software.
• Maintain accurate customer and marketing data.
• Improve our website, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and online listings.
• Track calls, leads, appointments, sales, and return on advertising spend.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Train team members on new tools and document the systems you create.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and related platforms
• Familiarity with CRMs, automated workflows, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to troubleshoot technology and learn new systems quickly.
• Results-driven and comfortable being held accountable for measurable performance.
• Self-motivated and able to complete projects without constant supervision.
• Construction or home-services marketing experience is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like:

• More qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Faster and more consistent lead follow-up.
• Better customer communication throughout each project.
• Increased online reviews and referrals.
• Clear reporting on marketing costs and results.
• Working AI systems that save the company time and improve productivity.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Full-time or part-time arrangements may be considered for the right person.

To Apply:

Send your résumé along with a short explanation of your marketing and AI experience. Please include an example of a campaign, automation, or business system you have created. If you have a portfolio, include that as well.
