We are seeking a PER DIEM PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player. NEW PAY SCALE WITH EXCELLENT PER DIEM RATES Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Physical therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Physical Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym. MAKE THE DECISION TODAY, FOR A BETTER TOMORROW BENEFITS Schedules Excellent PER DIEM Rate WEEKLY PAY PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY Physical Therapist conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention. Physical Therapist evaluates residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care. Physical Therapist provides PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care. Physical Therapist provides supervision of PTA’s. Physical Therapist actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility success.
