• Location: Fair Lawn, NJ
• Position Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes coverage every 3rd Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Fair Lawn, NJ. In this role, you will deliver a unique, memorable experience by resolving customer inquiries with compassion, care, and precision. This is an immediate-start, temporary-to-permanent position ideal for a self-motivated team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Building: Develop trusted, long-lasting relationships with consumers by providing prompt, high-quality service.
• Service Scheduling & Processing: Answer incoming customer service calls, schedule appointments, and complete required service paperwork.
• Database & Sales Tracking: Maintain and update customer databases, compile sales reports, and track daily progress.
• Lead Generation: Source and develop client referrals to support ongoing operations.
• Task Management: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and assist the team as new responsibilities arise.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2+ years of successful customer service experience (2+ years strongly preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional phone manner.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and interfaces.
• Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, high customer focus, and a collaborative team mindset.
