Smiles welcome, always! Our Hosts are the first face our guests seegreet them with warmth, guide their experience, and set the tone from the moment they walk in. Join the Septembers Taproom & Eatery team! Responsibilities Greet all guests with genuine smiles and a lively welcome. Seat guests promptly and help them find the perfect spot. Handle phone calls, take reservations, and manage to-go orders. Keep the host station tidy and organized. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow and quick seating. Thank departing guests and invite them to return. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality must be able to smile and engage easily with strangers. Basic understanding of dining room operations and customer service procedures. Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 5 hours); able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Previous hosting or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
