Low Voltage Technician

Low Voltage Service TechnicianThe Low Voltage Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems. Responsibilities:Ensure installation projects and service calls are completed on time and on budgetEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and their staffTest electronics using standard equipment, analyze results, and determine the need for any adjustmentsTeach clients how to operate and manage installed equipmentAssemble, test, and maintain circuitry according to engineering instructionsRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and componentsIdentify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessaryMaintain system logs and manuals to document testing operation of equipmentEnsure all work and materials meet quality standards in accordance with company policy and industry standardsRequirements:3+ years' Low Voltage experience requiredIndustry related certifications are a plusHealthcare/hospital project experience preferredRelevant and current industry technical knowledgeExcellent time management and customer service skillsProficient in the use of basic computer functionsAbility to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on systemsAbility to simultaneously handle, prioritize, and solve problem effectively
