Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in an Intensive Care Unit setting. The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care, administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

This position is part of a float team and may provide coverage across ICU/Telemetry, Spine Orthopedics, and Medical-Surgical units. Nurses are notified approximately 2 hours before their shift regarding their assigned unit while maintaining 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license or ability to obtain by the end of orientation
• Current BLS certification
• Cerner experience required
• Recent ICU/critical care experience
• ACLS certification required for ICU/Telemetry
• Two or more years of RN experience in the relevant specialty preferred
• Recent hospital experience preferred
• CCRN or other specialty certification preferred
