Description Night Auditor Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins and check‑outs, during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or finance is a plus. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
