Quality Control Representative

R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced and motivated Utility-Scale Field Quality Control Representative to support quality assurance and quality control activities on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects throughout the United States. This field-based role is responsible for ensuring construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations while working closely with field operations to promote quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Working alongside Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and project teams, the Field Quality Control Representative performs inspections, verifies workmanship, coordinates testing, maintains quality documentation, and helps identify and resolve quality issues before they impact production. Success in this role is measured by the ability to maintain exceptional quality standards, support safe and efficient project execution, and reinforce the R-2 standard of excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
