Job Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete:
  • The Exercise Coach Certification course
  • Nutrition Playbook Certification course
  • Ability to get a valid CPR/AED certificate from nationally-recognized provider
• Must be eligible to work in USA.
• Must be people-oriented and well-spoken
• Must have an energetic, outgoing and positive personality

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

• 24 hours (or less) from now: Email or Text to Schedule Interview
• 48 hours (or less) from now: Initial Phone Interview
• Five days (or less) from now: In-Person Team Interview
