Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Mineral Springs Rehab and Skilled Nursing | North Conway, NH $33-$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Mineral Springs Rehab and Skilled Nursing. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater functional independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide residents through strengthening, balance, gait, transfer, endurance, and mobility activities Follow individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $33-$36/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply If you're a PTA looking to grow your skills while helping residents improve mobility and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
