Location

This in-office role is located in Santa Clara, California (address: 2090 Duane Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95054). There is a second location near Charlotte, North Carolina as well.

Primary Job Duties

· Train customers to use our products (email, phone, and video chat)

· Support existing product installations

· Take ownership for resolving customer problems and bug reports

· Perform product demos to potential customers and help with sales efforts

· Document marketing materials and product manuals

· Process feature requests and design new software improvements

· Collaborate with product management to guide future product direction

· Occasionally travel to customer sites (1-2 times a year)

Desired Qualifications and Skills

· B.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering

· Excellent communications skills in a customer-focused environment

· Willingness to learn new skills

· Strong technical writing ability

· Able to work independently and in a team environment

· Must be friendly, social, presentable and professional
