Licensed Practical Nurse-IN House Pool (IHP)

LPN – In-House Pool (IHP) | Anthony Campus Pay: Starting at $30.50 per hour Lutheran Life Villages Anthony Campus is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our In-House Pool (IHP) team. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Position Requirements

• Current Indiana LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide quality resident-centered care and work effectively as

part of a team. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.
• Provide direct nursing care and support resident wellbeing.
• Supervise and assist CNAs and QMAs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team

members. In-House Pool Requirements

• Minimum of 16 hours per month.
• Commitment to work one major holiday and one minor holiday per year.
