Office Receptionist

Cogswell Ford is seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. This vital role supports the daily operations of our dealership by providing excellent customer service, managing front desk responsibilities, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Hours will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8:00 to 6:00.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist in accounting duties as requested by Office Manager, including filing, shipping, accounts receivable.
• Other duties as assigned

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Detail oriented, awareness of surroundings to assist customers and co-workers
• Motivated, self-starter
