Qualifications:
- Current Special Education teaching certification, valid in the state of Minnesota
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Assess student progress and adjust strategies to ensure growth
- Maintain accurate records, including progress notes and documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development
