Job Title: Material Handler
Location: 6815 Guion Road Indianapolis, 46268
Duration: 12 Months +(Temp to Hire )
Shift: 2nd Shift - Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm
Pay rate: $21 - 24/hr
Interviews: 1st virtual, 2nd onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately.
- Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage at required temperatures.
- Deliver materials to manufacturing and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
- Basic computer skills; Oracle/ERP knowledge preferred.
- Good communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand trucks/pallet movers.
- Must be comfortable working in refrigerator/freezer environments and wearing required PPE.
