Looking after the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure; assisting in the installation of new advanced technologies and interpreting the research team’s requirements. Testing installed machines for performance and safety. Maintaining reports and handing them to senior and concerned employees. Assuming additional responsibilities as they arise. Managing technical work at the field level even with minimal supervision. Working in adverse settings and climatic conditions. Diagnosing problems with existing equipment and fixing them. Interpreting technical issues through non‑technical descriptions. Communicating fluently with customers and possessing good customer service skills. Possessing strong logical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Job Requirements Must understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site foremen, supervisors, and fellow employees. Must be able to work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day, performing work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat. Job requires standing, kneeling, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, pulling, squatting, and walking; maintaining constant awareness of the jobsite’s concurrent activities.
