Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health-PRN

Territory: Greeley

Pay: $61,750-$84,500/year

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
• Active Certification from the NBCOT
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
