Pay : $70,000.00 annually (DOE)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Scheduler for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $65k-$75k/annually (DOE). Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and operational capacity
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and shifting priorities to meet operational performance goals
• Collaborate with production, inventory control, purchasing, and engineering to keep priorities aligned
• Monitor schedule performance and proactively address constraints or disruptions
• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, timelines, and priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or planning
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Excel

Skills

• Production scheduling and production planning
• Demand forecasting and production capacity planning
• Material availability planning and work order management (MRP/ERP)
• Inventory control and discrepancy/system issue resolution
• Schedule performance monitoring and schedule accuracy/efficiency analysis
