National Capitol Contracting is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team onsite in Alexandria, VA, supporting the USPTO. The Senior Functional Analyst will work with government stakeholders to evaluate processes, define functional requirements, develop reporting solutions, and improve operations for Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools Services. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating reports and dashboards, coordinating testing and UAT, and guiding implementation with #J-18808-Ljbffr National Capitol Contracting
