Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and balance training, and closely monitor patient progress. You’ll document treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a respectful, patient-centered environment focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
