What You'll Do:

 

Drive New Business

· Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)

· Build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals

· Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions and value

· Negotiate pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs

Build Client Relationships

· Develop long-term partnerships with clients through consultative, relationship-driven selling

· Manage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication

· Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success and delivery excellence

· Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support

Qualifications

· Prior sales experience / business development or hospitality background preferred

· Proven ability to hit goals or KPIs

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Professional presence and strong client-facing demeanor

Work Environment

· Office based with regular travel to client sites and networking events across Southern California

Compensation & Growth

· Competitive base salary ($60,000 to $80,000)+ uncapped commission
