$35-$40k Plus Monthly Incentives!! Typically, $2-$3k/year additional compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Make calls to customers with past due accounts
• Order office supplies
• Complete data entry and filing
• Coordinate schedules and activities for Regional Director
• Complete other general office duties as directed

Requirements

• Good working knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional ability to multi-task
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
