Policy Advising: Analyze clients' needs to recommend appropriate coverage options tailored to their unique situations. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention. Requirements Licensing: Active Alaska Property & Casualty License is required but we can help the right candidate get a license Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is desirable. (Big hiring Bonus if you have 2 years of prior verifiable and recent (with in 6 months) Allstate Experience selling) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
