Job Description: VAYA OFFER Parnassus 12hr Days Must be able to float to other UCSF Facilities. Completed references must be in hand at time of submission

Required: CA RN License, BSN, AHA BLS

Required Experience: 2 yr exp. Telemetry, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias

Important: Please submit all RTO at time of offer. RTO sent after contract is signed will not be considered

Patient Diagnoses: Post-surgical patients undergoing complex abdominal, head and neck, plastics and urological procedures. Examples: bowel resections, whipples, gastric bypass, wound/ostomy/fistula care, PNLs, TURPs, gender affirming surgery and jaw surgery

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Entercutaneous fistula care, continuous bladder irrigation, tracheostomy care, free flap doppler checks, CPO and basic telemetry monitoring, IV therapies, PCA and epidural pain management, drain management, diabetes care, central line care, TPN, tube feeds, ostomy teaching

Special Equipment: Telemetry, 12-lead EKG, CADD pumps, Alaris IV pumps, Phillips MP5 monitors, bladder scanner, doppler, wound vac monitoring, tube feed pumps, Safe Patient Handling equipment
