Overview

Position Highlights

• Specialized practice focused solely on gynecology
• Conduct patient examinations, screenings, and treatments while documenting health histories
• Prescribe medications and therapies; order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Educate and counsel patients regarding hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• National certification as a Physician Assistant or the ability to obtain it
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state or the ability to secure it
• Current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or the ability to acquire them
• Skilled in assessing and developing treatment plans
• Effective communication skills with patients, team members, and management
• Capability to make independent care decisions based on best medical practices without direct supervision
• Preferred: One year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant
